Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support our team and clients. This role requires self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Hosting Interviews and Orientations:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and orientations, including conducting phone interviews and scheduling in-person interviews.
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all participants.
- Disperse final checks and check DOJ portal/TB clearance.
- Manage the CDS drive and check CDS emails, forwarding accordingly.
- Tracking expense receipts and reports.
Receiving and Tracking Client Medications:
- Manage the receipt and tracking of client medications.
- Ensure all medications are properly documented and stored in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Prep and print med logs.
Maintaining Complete Employee and Client Files:
- Maintain comprehensive digital and physical files for all new and existing employees and clients.
- Ensure all files are up-to-date, organized, and easily accessible.
- Upload and keep up-to-date employee files.
- Upload and keep up-to-date consumer files.
- Move past employees out of current files.
- Track missing contact logs.
- Correlate logs.
-Maintain a cleaned and organized office.
Providing General Administrative Assistance:
- Provide general administrative support to the administration, employees, and clients. This may include answering inquiries, preparing reports, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Print/prepare/scan documents as needed, such as contact logs and leave of absence forms, etc.
- Send out paystubs/W-2’s.
- Disperse final checks
- Prepare expense and medical reports.
- Track missing contact logs.
- Ensure Humanity log-in management.
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
